I just love these beautiful old buildings... this one is in Morgan, our first stop after leaving Blanchetown.
The Morgan pub.... one of two in the small town.
The view of the Murray from one of the hills in Morgan....
Morgan to Burra is known as saltbush territory and yes there were plenty. It was interesting country...and I loved the wattles along the highway.
Next stop was Burra where we had some lunch...
Again, some stunning old buildings. We had a peak in their regional Art Gallery...glad we did.
What I have really loved about these country towns are all the flowers....we obviously have come at the perfect time...
The original school in Burra, built in 1877. It is still their only primary and secondary school...absolutely amazing looking building.
