Waiting for the Art Gallery to open....a photo of the new university building going up....

I was quite excited to see this Time Rone exhibition....

The Time Rone is an Immersive Art Exhibition of 12 rooms by the famous street artist Rone. These rooms are in the historic Art Gallery of WA's Centenary Galleries. It is the first time the two floors have been opened to the public in 20 years...a perfect venue for the exhibition.

A library...

A sewing room...

A room in a clothing factory...

Such a beautiful old building...

A nightclub, this was Pete's favourite...

Where letters were sorted....amazing...I had no idea...

The switchboard operators room...

...a typing pool's room...so much to see in every room ...it was the little things that were so interesting...

An office....

An artist's room...

A pharmacy or Chemist as we called it...this was my favourite room, so much to see that brought back so many memories...

I could have spent hours looking at all these magazines.....there was also music (original compositions for the exhibition) that was fantastic. What a wonderful morning it was, Pete and I just loved it all.

On airway home we stopped in at the Save The Children Fund's annual sinter book sale in the Undercroft at Winthrop Hall at UWA....so nice to see this beautiful building and the famous pond.

In 50 years it has not changed at all...
