On our way to Jeremy's and Paul's apartment in Collingwood...another old building in Melbourne that often catches my eye...

J and P's apartment block...

....their rooftop pool....so enticing!

After seeing the apartment, we had a quick visit with Paul who was at work...this is the foyer of his building in Collins Street....

And just up the road also in Collins Street is Jeremy's workplace ....

...the view from the 38th floor, could even see the bay...

Absolutely fabulous art works which I really enjoyed seeing...

From Collins Street we walked down to the Art Gallery to see the Triennial exhibition ...

The Triennial exhibition featured more than 100 extraordinary projects that invited us to reflect on the world as it is while also asking how we would like it to be.

This was my favourite exhibit, it was all so unfamiliar to me.

This was so delicate .... and the colours, so attractive...

...a fun exhibit...

A quilt made in the 1930's....

The NGV ceiling....

I'm so glad we were in Melbourne to see this exhibition ......

We left the Art Gallery and walked up to the Victorian State Library....which Jeremy had never visited.

Delicious Messina ice cream ...in Smith Street...

Rested our weary legs in the Union Club Hotel

Just a few minutes from Jeremy's apartment is this lovely old building...the Former Yorkshire Brewery.
