A not so cold but overcast Saturday morning....what we like about the winter months is the absence of others.

This evening Pete and I enjoyed celebrating Beth's 60th birthday at the Wembley. Above is a photo of Lucy and Jane, Beth's two sisters. Not a good place to take photos...t'was a bit dark. We had a fabulous night catching up with lots of locals.

 

It isn't easy getting a good photo of these three...I just love little Flynn's face...

 

I had never watched a netball game on TV before until today. What a great game it was. I think I watched it because Jeremy is such a fan of the Western Australian team. Now it is history.

Rusty...stayed at our house while Tash and family went down to Dunsborough...he is always welcome and such good company.

Heath Ledger Theatre 

After a delicious dinner at Bivouac Canteen and Bar, Pete and I walked to the theatre to see the WA Ballet Company perform four stunning contemporary works. It's been a while since we have seen any live entertainment so it was a really enjoyable night.

 

Ladies on the putting green at Royal Fremantle Golf Club this morning. It was the Royal Fremantle Silver/ Bronze event and the weather was perfect for golf.

I had a good game and won Senior Silver Best Nett...and I had a really enjoyable game with three lovely Karrinyup ladies...Lena, Susan and Julie.
