Goodbye USA...

A traveling day today, drove from our camp ground in Freehold NJ to the camper hire company to return the van, from there we caught their shuttle to Newark airport, from there we caught the shuttle to JFK. At JFK airport we enjoyed several relaxing hours in the Admiral's Club, including a shower....definitely a highlight of the day. We flew into London at 6 am local time and caught the underground train to our hotel, alighting at Victoria Station.

Another highlight, I watched the movie "Guess who's coming to dinner?" During the flight...one of my all time favourites!

The Jersey shore....almost deserted at this time of year...even though it was so warm and sunny today.

Isn't he cute! He was scampering about outside our van this afternoon.

Tuesday 15 October

Morning walk...the little brook than ran through the campground we stayed in last night.

The Opera House in Thomaston...and a bright blue sky...pity we were leaving New England today.

Looking up into the trees this morning before we set off....another crisp and clear morning.

Mt Tom State Park....where we stopped for lunch today..and sat in the sunshine.
