The Hotham Valley Steam Train...our reason for coming to Dwellingup...

After taking a good look at the engine we went to find our carriage...

Waiting patiently for the train to move...lots of whistle blowing and train tooting..

Enjoying his mini muffin...

After an hour of travelling through the beautiful bush and farmland we arrived at the end of the line...where the engine had to go from one track to another and back again to be at the front of the train to return to Dwellingup...this was very exciting to watch.

The return trip wasn't quite as exciting as the first hour of the ride...a lolly pop kept them happy while looking out the windows.

Flynn had a nap in Tasha's sling and thought the return trip very exciting when he woke up. This is my last photo from our five fabulous days away. I had a great birthday...and I still have celebrations with my big boys to look forward to...next Sunday with Jeremy and in August in Melbourne with Chris and Michelle.

In the afternoon the boys took their bikes down to the bike track...

Will loved it..

Ethan decided to scoot it rather than bike it...

Beautiful oak trees in the town...such distinctive and pretty leaves.

The wattles just starting to bloom...everywhere....

A game before bed....

Ethan managed to win the two games! So proud of himself.

Tash had made me a birthday cake...with no sugar! It was delicious and just perfect with a coffee.

I love this photo that Tash took

Everyone loved the top bunk...especially the Super Heroes.

A wonderful children's playground was near by...

Checked out all the old train engines at Dwellingup Station.

Will and Ethan are very interested in the Super Heroes....

Shower, PJs, books, teeth, bed....
