After a quick swim, Jane, Janine and I walked up the beach to the "Goose " restaurant to buy a coffee...

On the way to the golf course...the grass was dry...loved seeing these big black cows and many small calves...

...Round 2 of the Ladies Classic...

The course was in terrific condition, a real pleasure to play.

Drinks after the game, waiting for the presentation of prizes...

Jenny, Lynette, Irene and Alison all from WAGC played very well and won major prizes. I was hoping to win a raffle.

Our Wedding Anniversary

Pete and I went to the "Monet in Paris "exhibition...

The production was very similar to that of the Van Gogh exhibition that we saw a couple of years ago.  It did however have paintings projected onto the floor which we had never seen before.

There were paintings by Monet and also several other impressionist artists' work shown.

Pete and I wandered around to see the paintings from every angle...they were incredible

...notice the floor!

Again the floor...

...the famous water lilies...

Pete loved this display....

Absolutely fabulous!!!

Time for lunch....Thai cuisine

The robot that brought our order....

I think this will be my favourite book for 2024...it is brilliantly written...not only has it words, it also has incredible drawings...not only is it a marvellous story , it is set in Brisbane ...many of the places mentioned I remembered.
