Cottesloe Beach...we hadn't been to Cott in a while and were surprised to see so much seaweed in the water, litter in the sand and how dilapidated the tea house is. 

 

Jeremy posted this on WhatsApp... the Melbourne gang eating out and celebrating Chris' birthday...they all look healthy and happy...I'm so proud of them all.

Before driving back to Perth we had breakfast at the "Goose" restaurant...which is located opposite the jetty.

We had a fabulous weekend .....

 

After a quick swim, Jane, Janine and I walked up the beach to the "Goose " restaurant to buy a coffee...

On the way to the golf course...the grass was dry...loved seeing these big black cows and many small calves...

The course was in terrific condition, a real pleasure to play.

Drinks after the game, waiting for the presentation of prizes...

Jenny, Lynette, Irene and Alison all from WAGC played very well and won major prizes. I was hoping to win a raffle.

On our walk to the beach Mandy and I noticed this stunning pomegranate tree...Mandy joined us this morning and is staying with us until Monday.

It was a good night...nice to catch up with players from other clubs ...AND have a dance or two.
