Tash in hospital, as she has had a little bleeding, they are just keeping an eye on her. She is still her optimistic , relaxed self.

What an enjoyable day I had today, golf this morning and then the afternoon at the hairdressers. I have been going to Erin Morgan for many years now and I am never disappointed with my hair and so enjoy seeing young Ashleigh who makes my thin limp hair look halfway to reasonable. 

Today Sofie and James were married at St Joseph's Church in Subiaco. What an enjoyable service it was! Since they are both music teachers the music that they had organised for the occasion was simply stunning. Here they are happily married leaving the church , with a little glimpse of the beautiful maid of honour behind.

Such good friends these two....

Our Christmas tree that Pete chopped down this morning...it smells amazing. We then spent an hour or two decorating it whilst listening to Christmas Carols such by King's College Choir.

Another wonderful year of book club meetings. Tonight was the last get together for one of the clubs and last Thursday was the other. These are the books that we enjoyed reading this year. My favourites were "The Dry", "The Weight of Ink" and "The Underground Railroad".
