In all the years I have been playing golf I can't remember it being this foggy.

...the putting green....looking east towards the 18th fairway...

Teeing off the first hole...we couldn't see the group in front of us let alone the green.

Jenny walking down the first fairway...

Looking towards the second fairway...

...such stillness...

Jenny  on the second fairway..  the fog seemed to be getting worse...

....but it cleared by the sixth hole....quite an interesting morning....

Floreat Beach this morning...Pauline, Margot and I were so surprised to see so much seaweed and erosion of the sand ....it has all happened so quickly...

Luckily City Beach was looking the same, no seaweed at all ...

...but lovely big waves...and hardly any people.

Sun City Country Club Silver/Bronze Event

What a spread of delicious home baked goodies to have with a hot coffee for the players  before we went out to play.

Me, Lynne, Del and Kaye....so nice to catch up with the ladies from other clubs.

The course looked fabulous under that blue sky....

Tidy grass trees everywhere....

...my balls just kept running down these fairways...I was nearly always surprised at how far they ran.

I always enjoy catching up with Rita, from Lakelands...such a lovely lady.

My playing partners...Ermie (from Cottesloe) and Carolyn (from Royal Perth)...great company...

And the icing on the cake was that I won the Bronze Senior category...

Can't wait until next years event.

I love seeing the kangaroos...it was a warm, still day....the course was looking great but the greens were very fast and difficult to read...

I played with two lovely ladies, Julie and Sarah, both from Royal Fremantle Golf Club.
