Our plane to Melbourne....

Lots of canola fields...we are above Mount Hardey which is near York...

We are above Neridup....and have glimpses of the coastline near Esperance..

One of the many islands off the southern coast of WA near Esperance...they are known as the Recherche Archipelago or Bay of Isles...,there are 105 untouched islands...and a couple that can be visited by tourists.

First glimpse of the Victorian coastline...

Nice to see such a large wind farm...

Melbourne on a beautiful day....

The Medway Golf Club (which we won't be playing)  and running alongside the course is the Maribyrnong River....

Driving through the city on our way to our accomodation......

Fabulous blue sky....

The bright green, angular structures are the Habitat Filter , a public art installation located in the Southbank suburb of Melbourne. This project functions as both sculpture and habitat for native wildlife, featuring nesting boxes for birds and bats. The pods are constructed from largely recycled materials and incorporate solar panels to power lighting at night.
