Our last day in Sydney....and the weather has changed...it was only 5 degrees this morning when we walked down to the beach....it was very windy and the ocean was very rough...not a single surfer in the water and almost no-one on the beach..

Still, there was sunshine and blue sky...

We spent the morning with Phil ...Carlo was doing some work at home and the boys were at school.

We took Gala for a walk ...

Had brunch with Phil and Carlo at the cafe where they held Carlo's party...

My breakfast Super Bowl...the best brunch I have ever eaten....

Chatting...Gala loved company...

Phil drove us to the airport...Pete had two free passes to the Qantas Lounge...

It never ceases to amaze me that, thousands of feet above the ground, a simple photo taken from the plane can reveal exactly where we are - even showing the names of the towns, shires  and suburbs lying beneath us...

An amazing sunset before we landed in Perth. We had a marvellous six days away...but happy to be home.
