Pete and I played our first course today...at theYarra Yarra Golf Club...above photo was taken inside their gorgeous clubhouse, an elegant old building...

It is a heritage-listed Spanish Mission-style clubhouse ..

Before the game....we did have a little rain...

Sooooo many bunkers but I loved how far my ball rolled on the couch fairways....

One of the three friendly ladies I played with took this photo for me (dreadful hat hair)..... the course was quite overwhelming at times but I really enjoyed myself, didn't play that well but was getting used to pushing a buggy and hitting out of large bunkers. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's game.
