Mandy's Birthday

An exciting day at the beach for Mandy's birthday....just as we set off on our walk the storm hit...we all darted behind a tree as the sand was stinging our faces....Mandy above.

The beach was closed, not that we would have gone into such a swell...but we enjoyed a nice hot cup of coffee. Not something we do very often.

Mandy had a birthday lunch at her place. Although it was her birthday, Will was the centre of most of the attention. It is so lovely to have a little one at our family get togethers. 

I thought this was a particularly sweet one...

Corellas all over the course before the storms arrive this evening. It was a Silver Spoon today and I had a reasonable and enjoyable game.

My pennant team had a win today against Royal Fremantle at Cottesloe Golf Club, what a stunning day it was to play golf.

Mandy, Marjolijn , Pauline and I had a very enjoyable 9 holes at Wembley Golf course this afternoon. 

And Pete and I visited Tash and Will in the afternoon. What a splendid day.
