Saying goodbye to Mandy and Graeme and their beautiful house.

On our way to Cowaramup...

Tash's and Todd's new home....can't believe how many trees are on their property and around it.

Some of the backyard...

Looking into the neighbour's property. Everywhere you look is bush and trees...what a wonderful place for three little boys to explore.

As we won't be seeing Will before Christmas, Pete and I gave him his early birthday presents...dinosaur books and a lego Spiderman.

He was so thrilled that he immediately started to build his Spiderman...all by himself.
Ethan continued to draw, cut and stick...which he enjoys.

He is very good at reading the instructions...

Amazing....there are so many pieces in the construction...Will was so proud of himself...I think he hung onto Spiderman for the rest of the day.

Pete and I walked to the bottle shop in the afternoon with Flynn...this is Tash and Todd's street...

On our way I took this photo of this magnificent tree and sky.

As their street is a cul-de-sac, the boys can ride their bikes on the road in the shade.

We arrived in Dunsborough in the afternoon to stay with Mandy and Graeme. As there was only a slight breeze and the sun came out, we walked from Yallinup to Smiths Beach for a swim.

Crystal clear....a little chilly

On the journey back to Dunsborough we stopped at the Wild Hop Brewing Company for a relaxing drink.

Climbing the lounge before breakfast...

His brothers never opened these book shelves...

I thought he would pull all the books out but no, he just wanted one...good choice Tim Winton.

Sofie, James and Ben dropped in to say goodbye before they hit the road to Cowaramup. They gave Will an early birthday present....and it was a fabulous present....legooooo.

Tash and the boys stayed the night while Todd started the unpacking at Cowaramup. Both Will and Ethan enjoyed colouring their little puzzles that their good friend Amy gave them.

Probably the highlight of my week was watching Will, Ethan and Flynn enjoy the Nanson Street Christmas lights.

Moving day for the Stokes family today. The truck came at 6.30 am and once loaded it headed for Cowaramup and so did Todd and Rusty. While Jo and Ash minded the little boys Tash, Pete and I cleaned the house and tidied the garden. We finished at about 4pm and had a swim and a champagne to celebrate...the Stokes family move to their new home and our purchase of a new home.

Pete and I tried to keep the boys occupied today so Tash and Todd could pack for the big move tomorrow. Flynn loved getting into the boxes and baskets.

While Ethan and Will were having their quiet time, Pete and I took Flynn and Rusty to the park. He's a big boy now, going down the slide by himself.

We had 60 couples come and look at the home opens and then four offers...all this in one week. So, now it is sold and we can start getting ready for the move....we are extremely happy and excited. It has been our home for 39 years and we have many, many good memories of all that took place in this house.

Will's Kindy Christmas Concert

They were all just so excited to perform....and looked so adorable. I just loved watching them all.

Enjoying morning tea..

Our final Committee meeting this afternoon on the balcony at the Club...there will be a new Committee next year. Nigel (our House Manager) served us delicious cold champagne and delectable nibbles. Nicole (our Golf Manager) took this selfie...and she and the General manager Damien joined us for a drink or two. We are so lucky to have such efficient and friendly staff at our club.
