Pinky Beach Rottnest Island ....over for the weekend with Peter...guests at the Lodge...thanks to 96fm.

 

First bookclub meeting of the year....discussed the book by the Australian author Maris Morton, and next month discussing The Secret River by Kate Grenville (one of my favourite reads).

Peter's Birthday!! Family dinner.

 

Walking home from the restaurant "Witch"s Caldron" where Pete and I had dinner...the first of his birthday celebrations.

 

This afternoon after golf, Pete and I  enjoyed hearing Grace Woodroffe in concert at the Fremantle Arts Centre. It was still warm but pleasant under the trees with a glass of wine listening to good music.

Yes, I am having fun playing with the photos and an app from my iphone.

 

Roger Waters and his band in the concert of "The Wall" at the Burswood...simply sensational concert...visually amazing and the sound was fantastic ... the wall was erected while the band performed and then demolished at the end...incredible show.
