Spent the day with Chris in Melbourne....just lovely....

 

We had breakfast with Phil, Carlo and Macario this morning in Sydney and then flew to Melbourne to see Chris and Taryn. The photo above is of Pete, Chris and Taryn walking with Solly in Richmond not far from where they live...such a clean and interesting area...then we went out to dinner to an excellent chinese restaurant in the heart of chinatown...very very tasty dumplings! I particularly enjoyed sitting outside when we arrived home and chatting over some beers and red wine and watching the occasional bat fly over.

Enjoyed getting to know and love our gorgeous nephew Macario before Pete and I went out to dinner with Phil and Carlo...a wonderful afternoon and evening.

 

Pete's birthday..and we began the day with a swim at Bondi...

then a walk around the harbour, followed by lunch overlooking the bridge.....

 

and in the evening we went to the Keith Urban concert at Allphones Arena....what a fabulous day!

 

Our apartment in Sydney....above an organic bakery, walking distance to Bondi beach and Phil's house....and so vintage, a great find.
