Lovely lunch at Hyde Park Hotel with the girls from golf, after an early 18 holes before it got too hot!

 

Our back door....I was sweeping outside, thought we might have our italian lesson outside tonight, but it was still too hot at 6.30!

 

The Convent of Mercedes College....built in 1846....walking past on my way home from work...such a beautiful old building.

 

Aren't they cute! I pass these little windows every morning on my way to work...they are part of one of the old buildings of Royal Perth Hospital.

 

After an enjoyable game of golf this morning I pottered around in the garden this afternoon...there was a cool change in the weather.  I used the macro setting on my new camera to take this photo of my Abelia bush.

 

Tash, Todd, Mandy and Graeme popped over this afternoon to look at  Jeremy's photos from his trip...I took a few photos and chose this one for today...I love it.

 

Cheryl and Pete at the North Perth Tennis club quiz night....Pete worked with Cheryl 30 years ago at the Festival of Perth...we hadn't seen  her nor her husband Mal (who designed our home extension) since Chris was a baby...such fun!
