The poinciana is my favourite tree. Although they are not that common in Perth, there are a few flowering nearby, they bring back memories of my childhood in Brisbane.

Andrei, Pete and Natalie at Royal Fremantle Golf Club...a round of golf , a few drinks, a delicious dinner, good conversation (and singing with Adele at 3am)...a fine way to end one year and start the next.

Pete and I had a very successful shopping day today...most exciting purchases were a new mattress and a shed! We were also happy to find some bargains at one of our favourite shops..Lululemon.
