Picnic dinner whilst watching the sun set at City Beach.

and late afternoon golf with Pete...a wonderful day.

 

I found some of these blocks in the cupboard during a clean up (over the hot weekend)  and decided to use up more scraps of material and finish the quilt. Now have to add the border and quilt it.

I was chatting to Tash on the phone this evening and looked up!

 

Pete and  visited the beautiful old Cygnet theatre in Como this afternoon to see the movie "Philomena". The theatre was built in 1938 and is now on WA's Heritage Register. The movie was fabulous.
