Celebrations tonight for Natasha's birthday...

It was a perfect night to eat outside and we all seemed to have a good time. Jo and Ash joined us and Mandy and Graeme as well, of course.

The beautiful pine trees that are in and around Curtin University....years ago this land that the university is on was the Collier pine plantation. The trees were planted in 1925 by the WA Forests Department. 

At the golf club today we celebrated Jan and Jenny's birthdays, two delightful ladies that I am glad are my friends.

It is also Tasha's birthday today and she sent me this photo of her at her morning tea that her colleagues had made for her. I am so pleased that she works with such thoughtful people.

Todd put this photo up on instagram ...looking forward to celebrating with them both on Friday.

Thank goodness, some warm weather at last....this morning Marjolijn brought her houseguest Kristen who is visiting from Norway. She so enjoyed being in Perth and loved our relaxed lifestyle.

And here is another gorgeous photo of Pete holding his nephew Lucian...so precious. Pete was thrilled to be in Sydney and be able to share this exciting time with Phil and Carlo.

This evening I had  dinner with Tash and Todd at Piggy Food Co in Fremantle, delicious food, nice bottle of red and very good company.
