Jeremy and his friend Teresa at a BHP/Freehills client event last night. Teresa was a Senior Associate  when Jeremy first started working at Allens. Now she is a Special Council at Freehills and Jeremy is very proud of her.

He is growing up so quickly...has a wonderful personality.

 

 

WAGC Ladies Christmas Celebrations

This year our theme was television shows...The Smurfs...Sue C, Glenda J, Lee and Glenda A

The Adams Family...Robyn W, Valerie W, Jo and Helen.

Gilligan's Island...Margaret, Jenny C, Lorenz and Pauline.

The Teletubbies...Angie, Anne, Judith and Marjorie...we all have to play in out outfits...luckily is was a reasonably cool day for the Teletubbies.

The Wiggles...Jane W, me, Jisun and Jenny H....

Clever Jisun did the shirts. What a fabulous fun day we had.

This evening was our final book club No1 get together for 2022. These were the books that we read this year...all very good reads...Hamnet was the most popular.

 

WAGC looking its best for the "WA Celebrating Seniors in Golf" Event today.

Even the sky put on a show for our visitors from all over the city and some from country towns as well.

I was thrilled to make it into the top 10  players in the Nett Devision again. I think everyone enjoyed the day and were very appreciative of the effort of a small group of ladies who organised today's events and all the Silver and Bronze events throughout the year.

Majella and I were runners up on the back nine. The game we played was a bit challenging but a lot of fun. This was probably the last FFM function I will be invited to as I will not be Secretary of the Ladies Committee next year. I have always enjoyed the FFM get togethers.

Our friendly neighbour Steve and his son Liam having a chat with Pete and Flynn...Liam and Flynn are only a couple of months apart. Steve and Fiona also bought a new house.... the day after we bought ours. Fancy that! Both men are in their painting/gardening clothes.

 

A glorious day for golf...our jacaranda trees looked magnificent against the bright blue sky.

In the afternoon I went shopping at Karrinyup shopping centre....which is about 10 minutes from our new house. We needed some new doona covers and cushions which might freshen up Nanson Street.
