Ethan explaining to Grandad how his "fart noise" maker works. First thing in the morning the boys are so much fun.

When Ethan is happy, he is really happy.

Three together in the truck...

Smoke from bushfires all the way home. Luckily not serious fires.

At noon today Pete picked up a truck we have rented for 24 hours. Rod and Stuart came over to help Pete load the larger pieces of furniture that are going to Tash and Todd's home.

It was an easy drive down to Cowaramup. Everyone including Will and Ethan helped unload furniture, gardening tools and some odds and ends that we don't need at our new house. Mandy and Graeme came to help move the very heavy cupboard/ bookcase. Pete and I are pleased that it is still useful.

Pete and I stayed the night...it was most enjoyable to spend time with them before bed. Flynn is climbing onto the desks to turn the overhead fan on. He knows he isn't allowed to...love his face.

But it gives him such a buzz.

He loves his brothers' beds....

Dusk...they come every evening apparently.

I've wanted to arrange the books like this for a long time. Before they get packed into boxes I thought I'd give it a try. I like the look but Pete doesn't.

City Beach ....Never in all the years we have been going to City Beach have we seen such a deep water canal behind a sand bar. The kids loved it and so did we ladies as the waves were just dumping, the calmness of the pool was very enticing.

Marjolijn with the sunnies on.

Lunch at Odyssea to celebrate Nola's, Jane's and Barb's birthdays...fabulous afternoon.

Stunning red flowering gums are showing themselves all around the course. It was nice to be back on the course...had a nearest the pin which is a good start for the year.

Relaxing before their flight...sad to see them go but glad we all had such a good time while they were here.

The last time we will all be together at Nanson Street (Chris' first home).

We have a rather large number of board games ! Hopefully our young grandsons will enjoy them as much as our children did.
