We had a quick play with the soccer ball before they drove home.

 

Lake Jackadder Playground....on a very windy afternoon...such a great slide that Flynn enjoyed.

I don't know what you would call this piece of equipment but the boys had a go...

....and so did mum...

...the playground is fenced ...

....because it is so close to the lake....lovely view ...

Stories before bed...

Pete and I are amazed at how well Will can read...and he often reads to his brothers....

After the park we went to Kmart ....we bought them each a t-shirt ....Will and Ethan chose their Minecraft shirts and Flynn chose a Paw Patrol shirt...naturally they had to wear them as soon as they got home. Another bowl of left over ice cream...not a word was said until they had finished eating it. 

Just enough room to kick a soccer ball in our very small backyard....

The boys particularly enjoy playing with the smaller pieces of lego.

It is the school holidays and the Stokes family have come up to Perth for a visit. It was a little late but we had a small celebration for Ethan's fifth birthday. He wanted an ice cream cake....easy!

....and he loved it!

My friend Janine was one of the models for today's fashion parade held at the  Gold Club. There were quite a few smiles when she appeared in a DRESS! Mardi and Mardi (sitting on the right) had good laugh,...Janine is not one to get dressed up but we all agreed she looked fabulous! And, she admitted that she really enjoyed herself.

The other models were ...from the left...Lynne, Janine, the owner of the boutique whose name I can't remember) , Lorenz, Carol and Angie...they all looked lovely.

 

A wonderful welcome by the front gate to the Clubhouse.... I so appreciate these roses...
