Beautiful morning ....

 

It is that time of the year when it is difficult to decide whether to play golf or not...today some of us were lucky, decided to play and had beautiful sunshine ...only 16 ladies started to play and only 9 ladies finished 18 holes ....there was thunder, lightning and rain 5 minutes after we had played the 18th hole.

 

....a rainy morning? Margot and I still set off on our walk...

...the beach looks so different when we are some of the few enjoying the ocean up close...

Ah...we were fortunate, the black clouds were moving away ....

This is my friend Doris....she has a great sense of humour ....but the hat is taking it to another level...

I brought some of these leaves home from Tash and Todd's block ... 

So good to have him home ...some quiet days ahead.

Mandy and Graeme came for morning tea this morning ....it's her birthday on the 26th but we had a little celebration today before Pete and I go home. Mandy is reading the birthday card that Will made for her.
