At the train station, going to Trattoria Emilia to celebrate Pete's and my 40th wedding anniversary.

We had a wonderful evening...the food and wine were excellent ....I was really pleased to be able to celebrate with Chris and Michelle.

 

Pete among the black sheoaks on our walk this morning....walk in the Arthur's Seat State Park. Apparently there are male and female black  sheoaks!

The walk is to King Falls....sadly not much of a waterfall at this time of year, but the surrounding bush was beautiful.

A brief stop in Flinders....pretty little town with a history of fishing...

Today didn't go quite as planned. Pete and I left Melbourne to drive to Arthur's Seat, making a stop at Chadstone Shopping Centre on the way. I lost my phone, someone found it and kept it, we traced it using the Find Me App on Pete's phone, the man who found it wouldn't give it back....long story.  We went to the Moorabbin Police Station and by dinner time the police rang and said they had my phone. I was impressed and very thankful.
