Our first book club meeting for 2025 ...and we discussed the book I chose ....everyone thoroughly enjoyed it "The Frozen River" and we had a great discussion .

 

Pete's birthday today....an early swim at Trigg Beach....

Enjoyed a coffee after our swim....

After a delicious lunch at Voyager Kitchen, Pete and I went and saw "A Complete Unknown". Timothee Chalamet acted the part of Bob Dylan ...he was outstanding! We really loved the film .

 

These are the ladies in my MoveFit dance class that I do every Monday... I enjoy every minute of it...Daniel, our instructor is fabulous!

 

Robert Burns Birthday celebration ( a popular Scottish tradition) at Jen and Phil's  ....this is Phil cutting the Haggis...

After dinner there was entertainment... we all joined in and sang too...

 Phil's daughter Katy and her boyfriend Jarrad performed too...Katy has a beautiful voice and Jarrad is a good guitarist ...

We all had such an enjoyable evening ...

 

A very hot 38 degrees in Perth today...even with the sky being so cloudy...but some of us still played golf...

Our red gums are flowering ...I love this darker red flower...

It was great to have Mandy as my guest today....

...we played with Jane and Janine....good friends...
