The walk from the first hole to the second ...I have never seen our lake so full...

        We still have plenty of Corellas visiting our course but they aren't attacking our greens anymore...

 

It has been a wet, cold and windy winter this year in Perth...it not only chops and changes from day to day but changes from hour to hour...this photo I took from our bedroom window...very,very dark clouds and rain but also blue sky and soon some sunshine...

 

At last a sunny Saturday morning ...the ocean, so calm looked like glass...big waves... Pauline, Margot and I had our walk and swim.....the water was the coldest it has been in a long time.

Some photos Tash took which I really love...this is Will dressed as TINTIN for school book week parade...I think TINTIN books are his favourites at the moment...I think he looks fabulous.

I still vividly remember when I first saw the Swan River when we came to Perth...I thought it was magnificent...still do.

The 150 year old Western Australian Rowing Club ....Pete and I met Ian and Sue at the Cafe next door for an enjoyable brunch.

Eucalyptus Macrocarpa ...I spotted this beautiful tree on my walk this afternoon...enjoying the sunshine...

 

I love the Save the Children Book Sale ....in the Undercroft of Winthrop Hall at UWA...

Today is Flynn's 4th birthday ....Tasha suggested we do some climbing at Sugar Loaf Rock...

Special treat for Flynn's birthday ....a visit to Simmo's ( Lisa was very happy too).

As well as a fabulous children's playground there was also some well used children's rides ..

In the afternoon Pete and I went for a walk to Quininup Falls ....the last time we saw the falls there was only a trickle of water.

It was a perfect afternoon for a walk...cloudy and no wind ...

The clouds came and went, we were so lucky.
