Thanks to Jeremy for today's beautiful photos. He is in New York, staying with a friend in Harlem. I think the one with the front door is a photo of where he is staying...so very New York.

To celebrate Pete's birthday, Mandy, Gra, Tash, Todd, Jeremy, Pete and I all met at Il Lido in Cottesloe for a delicious lunch, very pleasant it was too.

Pete, Tash,Todd and I saw Dave Rawlings and Gillian Welch at the Concert Hall tonight. It was a fabulous performance and a wonderful birthday present from Tash and Todd. I pinched this photo off the web as no photography was allowed at the concert.

 

Elizabeth Quay was opened today, so I stopped at King's Park to take a photo...probably a bit far away for the iphone. While I was there and it was such a glorious day, I took some more photos. What a beautiful park and city we have.

 

I have just finished reading this book that Pete gave me for Christmas. I predict it will be the best book I will read this year.

South Beach Sunset food market in South Fremantle....delicious food, must take a bottle of wine and a picnic rug next time.

 

Cathy, Nat and I went to Petition Kitchen, a new restaurant opened in the old Treasury Building for our first coffee together in 2016. T'was rather nice.
