At the beach this morning, just north of City Beach...Pauline, Margot, Mandy and I couldn't believe that so much sand could be shifted by the waves in just one week.

This morning  Pete and I went for a walk in the Ellis Brook Valley in the Banjowla Regional Park. It is only a 35 minute drive from Wembley. The walk takes you through an old disused quarry. There are also some waterfalls but of course no water was falling at this time of year. It was still a very pretty place and I loved taking some pics. We hope to return in spring to see the falls and the wildflowers.

...relaxing after dinner...

Tash took this rather hilarious photo as Todd drove Jeremy home after dinner. Jeremy is not a dog lover but Rusty doesn't know this.

Another beautiful day on the golf course....

The practice facilities at Collier Park, the golf course five minutes down the road from Curtin University...I like to stop after work for half an hour and enjoy the sunshine.

A foggy morning at golf today but we were all happy with the cool change.

Nat and I went and saw the Dixie Chicks at the Arena this evening. What a great concert it was and what an enthusiastic audience who sang and danced all night, fabulous atmosphere.

The beautiful His Majesty's Theatre , this evening after Pete, Jane Purdie, Adrienne and I saw a brilliant performance of "Tosca". What made the evening more special was that my friend Maree's son, Paul O'Neill, sang in one of the leading roles and he was sensational.
