An early visit to Mettam's Pool...where there's plenty of reef to swim around with goggles and snorkel.

Chris and Michelle's first visit to Mettam's Pool....they are keen to return. 

Home for breakfast ...pancakes...with nectarines, mango and blueberries...and maple syrup of course.

 

New Years Day

A great way to start 2024....a game of golf with Sue and Rod at Lake Karrinyup Country Club.

Even the sky looked sensational...

There is an abundance of wildlife at Karrinyup, largely I guess due to the large lake. This little kookaburra was so cute.

Pete and I enjoyed a very relaxing evening at Brian and Julie's home overlooking the water in Rockingham.

OUR Christmas Day

Chris and Michelle arrived in Perth this morning....so happy to  see them...here they are wrapping presents for their nephews...

Tash and family arrived in the afternoon...fun blowing bubbles...Flynn spotted a plane.

Christmas morning at the beach....this year it is South Trigg Beach...

It was a beautiful morning...

It was just the two of us...Pete thoughtfully brought a nonalcoholic bubbly rose to share while we watched the waves.

So many people up and down the coast...how lucky we are.
