The wonderful view of the Sun City Golf Course from their clubhouse....it is a cool, clear morning for the Sun City Silver/Bronze.

I really enjoy playing  this course...long holes and plenty of trees, shrubs, birds and more...

It is not at all boring....every hole is quite different from the last.

And a very pretty lake with many ducks....

I was the Ladies Bronze Senior winner ...Dionne from Sun City Club came second. It wasn't easy today, all the scores were low as the greens were so quick and there are no flat greens ....

Lynne was the  Senior Silver Nett winner....we were both happy that we had made the drive up ...

MOTHERS' DAY 

A huge bunch of beautiful flowers from my wonderful children were delivered early this morning ... and I enjoyed three long phone conversations with them ...so pleased to know that they are all healthy and happy...

Pete and I enjoyed a relaxing Sunday ...later in the afternoon we did some putting practice at the club...this stunning camellia is one of several surrounding our putting green ....

...so pretty...

Saturday beach walk....

Margot and Jenny walking into the water....which was still so warm...24 degrees...and we had the beach to ourselves...

Mandy came up to Perth on Thursday to play in the Gosnells Silver/Bronze....I forgot to take a photo of the two of us on the course ...but remembered to take one today... so nice to share the beach with her again.

Pete found this small unit at Ikea and decided it would be perfect for his turntable, CD player and amp...he put the speakers in the book shelves... 

....such a useful room...yes that's our putting matt.

 

Beautiful Gosnells Golf Course ....Silver/ Bronze competition....another day without a cloud in the sky....great to catch up with friends from other clubs and also enjoyable to make some new friends....

I came 6th in the Bronze Division....Jo Calvo took this photo...Jo is our volunteer photographer who takes many group photos before and after the game and then photographs all the winners and place getters...then she kindly posts them on Facebook...she does such a good job.

Beautiful Marri flowers....a rather late bloom?

The infamous Robin Edwards....after 37 years is leaving our club ...she is moving to Helena Valley...she is pretending to cry as she walks through our gates...but no doubt we will see her back at WAGC at Silver/
