This weekend I am down in Dunsborough, staying in Helen's beautiful new home with the ladies that I learnt Italian with. We arrived last night and this morning we were thrilled that it was fine and warm enough for a swim at Meelup Beach.

Following our swim we had drinks on the balcony...views to the water and National Park....such a treat! (Mandy, Maree and Helen).

A late afternoon walk along the foreshore...

....drove to Sugar Loaf Rock to see the sunset...we weren't disappointed!

Well it was a wild, windy day...the first day of my new contract, I will now only work two days a week. Yayyy. I drove to  City Beach to see what it looked like with the wind coming in from over the ocean....

...and then went for a walk around Lake Monger....there were no ducks on those big waves...

...and we had a few showers of rain, Jeremy sent me this super photo taken from his floor of the QV1 Building.

After our walk and swim, we showered and changed at the surf club change rooms. Then, breakfast and champagne to celebrate Pauline's birthday..Me, Julie, Mandy, Margot, Juliet, Pauline and Marjolijn. The view over the ocean (our beach!) was stunning.

So pleased my yellow rose is looking so healthy.....

Pete is standing in IKEA speaking to me on the phone. He is ringing to say that he and Jeremy need my help, Jeremy has bought a little more than he thought he would! I have the big car!

Jeremy took Pete and me to Gordon Street Garage for dinner as a thank you for helping him move. It is only a ten minute walk from Jeremy's new apartment, nice ambience and delicious food.
