I love this photo that Tash took this morning ....

Great Auntie Mandy with Will....

Will looks so tiny in this one, compared to Pete's hands....

Sofie and James are home from their honeymoon and came up to visit...big smiles!

...a photo I will cherish, taken by Todd.

A BABY IS BORN

Welcome Willem (Will) Jack Stokes...this is a photo of Tash taken by Todd not long after the birth in the birthing suite at St John of God Hospital Murdoch.

Still in the birthing suite...Tash was induced at 9.30 am and Will was born at 1.30 pm with the help of only a little gas at the end...how amazing is Tash. Her obstetrician and midwife were marvellous.

The proud Dad who has been always been there for Tash...

We were so fortunate to be able to share the joy later in the day in the ward. Here is the besotted uncle...

...the very happy grandfather who still hasn't decided what he will be called...

....an adorable closeup....he has a hospital beanie on as he is a little small, being born at 37 weeks...2742 gms (6 lb) 48 cm long.

...and proud Nanna Lisa, he is just perfect!

The beautiful Michelle in the Qantas Club in Melbourne with Chris waiting to board their flight to Perth....I'm so looking forward to seeing them.

Tash in hospital, as she has had a little bleeding, they are just keeping an eye on her. She is still her optimistic , relaxed self.

What an enjoyable day I had today, golf this morning and then the afternoon at the hairdressers. I have been going to Erin Morgan for many years now and I am never disappointed with my hair and so enjoy seeing young Ashleigh who makes my thin limp hair look halfway to reasonable.

Today Sofie and James were married at St Joseph's Church in Subiaco. What an enjoyable service it was! Since they are both music teachers the music that they had organised for the occasion was simply stunning. Here they are happily married leaving the church , with a little glimpse of the beautiful maid of honour behind.

Such good friends these two....

...four delightful young people ...

A beautiful photo of Tash and Todd...Tash so relieved that bub didn't decide to arrive early.

Our Christmas tree that Pete chopped down this morning...it smells amazing. We then spent an hour or two decorating it whilst listening to Christmas Carols such by King's College Choir.
