Natalie and I celebrated her birthday today at this new restaurant in the city...food and wines were delicious.

Lake Monger Birds

I have been so taken with the birds on my walks around Lake Monger. There are so many of them this summer, I can't remember there ever being this many. So I took my DSLR camera to the lake late this afternoon and took some photos.

A tree kangaroo at the zoo this morning....I'd never seen one before.

The giraffes....great to see the two babies.

We have quite a few of these Crepe Myrtle trees in Wembley...

Very imaginative way to make a rather boring building look interesting....

 

Our new 18th fairway....we can see the club house from the tee now...I think it is a much prettier fairway.
