Our friendly neighbour Steve and his son Liam having a chat with Pete and Flynn...Liam and Flynn are only a couple of months apart. Steve and Fiona also bought a new house.... the day after we bought ours. Fancy that! Both men are in their painting/gardening clothes.

 

A glorious day for golf...our jacaranda trees looked magnificent against the bright blue sky.

In the afternoon I went shopping at Karrinyup shopping centre....which is about 10 minutes from our new house. We needed some new doona covers and cushions which might freshen up Nanson Street.

Our new home...we bought 140 B Alice Street Doubleview on Monday. Pete has been looking at houses for two and a half years and hasn't found one that he liked. Then he found this one and asked me to have a look....I knew as soon as I had seen every room that this was what we have been looking for. 

Now we just have to sell Nanson Street which is being listed on Tuesday.

 

I'm very proud of Chris growing his moustache for movember and raising money which goes to help men's health.

 

I spent some quality time with Ethan today while Will was at kindy, Mum was running errands and Flynn was asleep. This street cleaner was an exciting event and the kind driver asked if I would like a photo.

Stories before bed.

 

Pete and I enjoyed a delicious lunch at Pam and Russell's house....a very relaxing afternoon.  Pam, Pete, Helen, Bob and Vanessa (Russell was inside when I took this photo...)

We had a young kookaburra come and visit...sitting on Pam's front wall.

Downstairs equally as nice...service and food were excellent.

The proud Stokes family at their new home in Cowaramup (had to check the spelling)..not moving in until the end of the month. So very excited for them.
