Flynn's 3rd Birthday

Tash had the great idea to go to the Margaret River Chocolate Factory to begin celebrating Flynn's 3rd birthday. Icecreams won over chocolate... Flynn's favourite is mango.

He finished his before his big brothers finished theirs....

Ethan loved his chocolate icecream.

Will chose chocolate chip and peppermint...

After eating their icecreams the boys were off to play in the bush playground while Tash, Pete and I enjoyed coffee and biscuits.

On the way to the waterfalls....such green grass...

It wasn't surprising to see how much water was going over the falls...there has been a lot of rain down here.

Throwing sticks and gumnuts into water and watching them sail downstream...

Tash took this photo ...it isn't often that I like a photo of myself but I like this one.

His rainbow...

Flynn has always loved his baths....

Ethan was very proud to show me how he could dive under water and find his little plastic animals...

WAGC had a very successful Silver/ Bronze event today. We were lucky with the weather...the food was delicious and lots of friends caught up with each other. These were my three playing partners...Felicity (Lake Karrinyup). Casey (Collier Park), me and Lyn (WAGC). We had an enjoyable day.

Watching the Olympics again this morning....the boys were excited when they saw Australia win a gold medal.

Mandy and Graeme brought scones and donuts for morning tea....yummo..

Flynn enjoying his backyard...

Another photo that Will took...so warm in the sunshine..

Tasha's proteas are looking stunning....

The tiny snails in the veggie garden kept the boys interested for most of the afternoon...

Ethan on his new bike...

Painting bark from the garden...

So relaxed as he paints...

On our way home now after an absolutely fabulous weekend with Tash and her boys. Our first stop was the Protea Farm ...always a pleasure...

Drove through the Tuart Forest National Park instead of the highway since it was such a sunny day.

We dropped in to visit Dani and Adrienne in Mandurah ...I took this photo from their outdoor area ...just managed to catch a photo of a  dolphin swimming under the bridge...

They have a gorgeous new home, beautifully decorated inside and these stunning views outside.

The colours changed as the sun began to set...

So pleased we could finally catch up...such good friends.
