Definitely my favourite tree, they remind me of my childhood in Brisbane where they lined the streets around my school St Rita's. 

 

The temperature is rising but luckily we have so many trees on the golf course...

A great start to the new year....Brighton Beach...just Pete and me...

Pete and I are so thankful that Chris, Michelle, Paul and Jeremy made the effort to come over for Christmas and stay a while both here in Perth and down south..

Jeremy and Paul have been catching up wth their Perth friends....Jeremy met this new little person, only a few weeks old, Alex Theo.  His mum Eleni worked with Jeremy at Allans Perth.

Chris set up my new computer for me...I hate to think how long it would have taken me and Pete....

Out to dinner at our local Mexican restaurant before Chris and Michelle return to Melbourne tomorrow...

Christmas Day  

This year Tash and Todd hosted our Christmas lunch....Flynn was very happy with his present...a transformer.

There were 27 adults and six children for lunch....

After lunch we opened our secret Santa presents... Graeme was pleased to receive wine glasses...
