Peter and I had a wonderful day with Jessie and Gerry...breakfast at the club, then 18 holes, then drinks after...it was like they had never been away...

 

Sadly there were lots of starfish along the beach between Floreat and City this morning...probably washed up with the storms ...

 

Ahhh Friday...after a very beneficial yoga class , I enjoyed a relaxing lunch and chat with Jenny at Ogilvie's in Subiaco. It is always a pleasure to spend time with Jen.

 

View outside our bedroom window...the last colours on the liquid amber tree and the lovely dark colour of the wet tree trunk...sooo pretty. 

 

Another Wednesday...uneventful...work and then italian lesson in the evening...but my little silver linings were finding a little time to read this great book and listen to this fabulous CD. 

 

Great film...I think I preferred the live musical though...but some good acting. I loved Alec Baldwin's performance.

 

Yesterday's storm damage....I took this photo this afternoon at Lake Monger...more winds and rain today and again tomorrow...
