Only three of us this morning at the beach, Mandy, Pauline and myself. Although it was sunny, there was quite a strong chilly sea breeze blowing so very few people were about. Between Floreat and City we enjoyed watching this lone kite surfer, surfing in towards the beach and then out to sea. When he finally came all the way in to the sand, I realised it was Phil Ellis from our golf club... I was so impressed, he looked awesome!

To celebrate Mandy's birthday, Tash and Todd invited us all over for dinner, and what a delicious dinner it was. We had such a nice evening.

I went for a walk with Tash and Rusty this afternoon, here he is learning to cross the road. He truly is becoming very obedient (very well trained by his determined owners!).

Tash and Todd are very lucky to live quite near this beautiful parkland full of pine trees , so much for a dog to sniff around here!

And we ran into another vizla and her owner.....

Jeremy is in Sydney for work and enjoyed catching up with Phil, Carlota and Macario for lunch yesterday. I do think there is some family resemblance. I love this photo of Phil that Jeremy sent too.

 What a wild and windy day in was in Perth today.  Pete and I were enjoying delicious coffee and banana bread at Tash and Todd's when the storm hit.

On our way home, the sun came out and we stopped at Cottesloe beach ...amazing!

Afternoon walk....cloud rolling in, storms tonight...

Melville Glades Golf Course....where we played pennants today ...
