Crow in a tree.....the beautiful jacaranda outside our golf club. Today we had our second round of the club champs in beautiful sunshine.

I had a really lovely day with Rusty today... a long walk around the lake, another up the right of way and some fun with a plastic golf ball in the back yard.  Then he had a nap in the sunshine while I did some sewing. He is such good company.

Todd sent me this photo with the title..."all ready for my sleepover!"

Watching the golf on TV, so boring that Rusty went to sleep.

Tash and Todd cooked us a beautiful dinner this evening to celebrate Father's Day with Pete.

On the practice chipping area watching the black cockatoos fly over...

This is the newest art piece in Fremantle. The sculpture by Perth artist Marcus Canning was constructed from nine recycled sea containers....it is called Freo Rainbow....clever, amazing and just puts a smile on your face.

As it is the first day of spring I thought I would post photos of flowers. This beautiful flowering tree grows in front of our clubhouse at WAGC. I don't know what it is called but it is nearly always flowering.

Last year Marjolijn gave me a pot of flowering daffodils . When they had finished flowering I planted the bulbs and now (for the first time in my life) I have some very pretty daffodils in my garden.

The first blooms on our ornamental cherry tree.
