This evening we met up with friends for a picnic in Kings Park to celebrate Pete's birthday....we sat underneath all the elegant gums overlooking the city.

Happy Birthday Pete...at Lot 20 for lunch today, just the two of us. 

And then this evening we had a wonderful dinner at Natasha's and Todd's. Here , Pete and Todd are discussing coffee beans ! 

I can't quite remember what they were joking about.

Rusty was as entertaining as usual.

It's finally arrived, the night of the Bruce Springsteen concert. We were quite excited as we neared the crowds outside theArena.

And yes, we were that close. What a fabulous concert, the man is a true performer, he seems to love every minute of it. So did I.

This brought a smile to my face today....

Afternoon walk with Tash and Rusty along the South Perth foreshore....

I was very happy to back up a good game last Thursday with a good game today. I was especially delighted to par six holes in a row. I think it was the good company, Pete, Jo and Don Lamont.
