Amazing fog at the golf course this morning...

It was starting to disappear as we went up the first hole. It has been a good week ...Pete won the comp on Wednesday morning and I won on Tuesday.

 

The 10th tee at Karrinyup Country Club where our final game of the season began. We had to win today to win the Pennant.

And we did!!! the team...Jenny, me, Mandy, Helen (our team Captain), Heather and Marjorie. Inni Rho also played two games for us when needed. 

 

Today Spiderman can swing on his piece of string!!

And jump down into tall buildings....

Both Pete and I have had Covid....neither of us were very sick...here is how we spent our 8 days at home..

Can't complain about the coffee and books in bed in the morning.

A few jobs were seen to ...

Luckily I had some knitting to do...

We did manage to keep contact with the outside world with our phones.

WAGC Invitational 

Margaret, Lorenz, Pauline and Jenny undertook the job of providing quiches and cakes with a hot tea or coffee before the golf this morning...our Invitational Day on International Women's Golf Day.

A beautiful morning....most ladies wearing something red for International Women's Golf Day...the course looked lovely.

Jonnine and me on our recently painted seat ....purple, to remind people that there are many women out there experiencing domestic violence. Money raised today went to Street Chaplains WA...who help the homeless.

 

Pete and I thoroughly enjoyed watching Mingee Lee win the US Women's Open this weekend...probably some of the best golf I have ever  seen on television.
