City Beach when we arrived this morning at 8am. We bravely set out on our walk...

Floreat Beach on our way back to City....how lucky we were.

Some of my closest golfing friends came for morning tea and a peek at our new home. Jonine, Jenny C, Lorenz, Margaret, Pauline, Jane and Jenny F. I feel very fortunate to have such kind and caring friends.

....and a gorgeous pot and plant from Jenny F...which I will treasure.

 

Adele's Birthday Celebration and Laura and Stephen's Farewell

We all met at Lancaster's in the Swan Valley for wine and nibbles....the clouds came and went...

A lovely lady who was passing by took this photo of us all. The colours of the Virginia Creeper were stunning....a really pleasant place.

We then moved on to Lime Burners in the Valley, only ten minutes away, for lunch. 

...the farm next door, it looked beautiful from the car park.

Marjolijn and I enjoyed a coffee after our swim at the Voyage Kitchen restaurant which has just opened at City Beach. Good coffee and lots of laughs.

 

Whilst on the golf course this morning I received this photo from Tash...so happy for Ethan. I wasn't too surprised as he loves to colour and is a very good drawer.

....to listen to WASO perform Mozart's Great Mass and Haydn's Mass in D minor. It had been a long time since we had been to a concert so it was very much appreciated.

 

Last night we stayed at Mandy and Graeme's....Jeremy and Paul were there too. This morning Pete, Mandy and I took the paddle board to the beach.

...just beautiful and quiet.
